On Friday my replacement book came in the mail. On Saturday Andy got a letter in the mail from DHL asking him to fill out an investigation form for them since they lost his package. That was the one that went to Turkey and that we picked up at the Zollamt about 2 weeks before this letter arrived. Naturally, being the good citizens that we are, we filled out the paperwork and signed it to legally let them know that they are under no obligation to reimburse us for the amount listed on the customs form. Aren't we nice?
Yes, I think it is the end of our package saga. Perhaps another chapter will come later when the girls have their birthdays. Already looking forward to May and July.
P.S. It started snowing here this morning! :-) MUCH better than rain in my opinion, though we were almost to the point of thinking it would skip winter and go straight into Spring. Wishful thinking aside, let it SNOW!
