Mamavation Update

Last Monday I committed to running 500 miles by the end of the year.
Last week I ran 12.35 miles total in 3 runs.
Today I ran 5.25 miles on the treadmill at the gym.
17.60/500 miles done!
Right on target so far.

  2. awesome! I like making weekly or monthly mileage goals, too - that way if I have to skip a day or if I can only make it through a short jog one day, I don't feel like I blew it and ruined my whole training plan. It's nice to have a bigger picture to work towards instead.

    1. I like the bigger picture too, though smaller goals seem much more attainable. I worked out weekly goals too so I know if I'm making proper progress. I should do that for my dissertation too.
