Happy to be at home in the Midwest with plenty of Heimweh nach Berlin. Choosing our own adventure and sharing it.
What a great goal! Good luck!!
awesome! I like making weekly or monthly mileage goals, too - that way if I have to skip a day or if I can only make it through a short jog one day, I don't feel like I blew it and ruined my whole training plan. It's nice to have a bigger picture to work towards instead.
I like the bigger picture too, though smaller goals seem much more attainable. I worked out weekly goals too so I know if I'm making proper progress. I should do that for my dissertation too.
You are exactly 17.6 miles ahead of me in miles run this year! (of course, my goal is 0, so I'm on target, too) Good luck with your running. I bow down to your awesomeness! -lisa
Thanks Lisa! Though I bow down to your published authorship greatness too!

Getting back on the fitness route is the hardest part, but gawd it feels so good.
